Service Department

At Midwest, our commitment to the customer continues well beyond the sale.  We honor the warranties of each of our suppliers.  Our business was founded on a combination of providing the finest of products and a level of service to ensure continued satisfaction with the product. 

To accomplish our commitment to service, we have a service manager and a well equipped staff of service coordinators.  The coordinators have the responsibility of initiating the service effort.   They take customer phone calls, attempt to determine the problem, and then schedule the service visit, as necessary.  If the problem cannot be resolved over the phone, a job check, by one of our trained technicians, will be ordered.  If material is required to fix the problem, material is ordered from the manufacturer or a local source for stock items such as standard glass.

Supporting our service manager and coordinators are the full time field service technicians.  Our service vehicles are equipped with a supply of parts to make the most routine to the most difficult repairs.   As the need arises, we can call the national service representatives of our major suppliers.
